Provided to you by Alreef Altholathy store, where a specialized livestock team under the supervision of Al-Makirish Agricultural Company in the pastures of Asia selects the finest types of lamb. It is also carefully chosen with low fat content, high nutritional value, and the lamb is of an ideal age to ensure tender and flavorful meat.

The lamb is slaughtered according to Islamic law and delivered to you chilled by air, without the head and entrails, following the instructions of the Food and Drug Authority. It includes minced leg with shanks, neck + remaining ribs + 1 diced leg for goulash + chops + hand cuts in portions + barbecue slices from the kidneys (bones and remaining fat from trimming the carcass are placed in separate bags inside the box with other prepared items).

Note: Cutting, preparation, and packaging are done without any seasoning.
