- Small joints are cut from the animal's joints using a knife, while freezer cuts are small cuts using an electric saw for dishes like Kabsa and stews.

Is the meat local or imported from outside Saudi Arabia?
- It's imported, chilled, and arrives by plane 24 hours after slaughter.

What is the difference between "Hashi Al-Reef" meat and "Hashi Laqi" meat?
- Hashi Al-Reef refers to younger camels, while Hashi Laqi refers to camels aged two years and above.

When will the product be available?
- Quantities are updated daily after noon, God willing.

Does the whole animal come with the organs, head, and feet, or just the meat?
- Only the meat is included, but the head and liver are available separately and can be added to your order.

Can I add organs (heart, liver, kidneys) to the order?
- The head and organs do not come with the animal, but they are available as separate items you can add to your order.

What is the age of the "Neimi" lamb?
- Between 6 to 8 months at most.

Is the whole animal included with the head, stomach, intestines, and tail fat?
- The meat is chilled without the head and organs, as per the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.

How long does it take to deliver after ordering?
- It depends on your location. If it's within the areas of our branches, delivery will be the same day if ordered before 12 PM.

Is the veal cube meat boneless or with bone? And can I choose specific cuts?
- The meat is boneless, cut into cubes, and the cuts are mixed.

Why is there no availability for quarter or whole cuts, but freezer cuts are available?
- All animals are available whole without cutting. Choose any available cutting type and mention your preferred cutting in the notes.

Is the fat included, or can I request without fat?
- Kashmiri meat comes with fat, but if you prefer it without, you can request removal in the notes before packaging.

Is there a golden guarantee in case of unpleasant odor (zanakh)?
- Yes, we offer a golden guarantee for replacement or refund in case of any issue with your order.

What is the difference between "Laqi" and "Hashi Al-Reef" products? Does the meat include bones and hump fat?
- Hashi Al-Reef is from younger camels under one year old, while Laqi is two years and older. Yes, the meat includes the hump and small bones within the meat.

Can I see the animal before it is slaughtered?
- You can visit any of our branches and select a pre-slaughtered animal, but they are not available alive, as they are imported already slaughtered.
