Return and Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which are fresh and perishable meats, we kindly inform our valued customers that returns or exchanges are not available in cases of improper storage.
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality. However, due to the sensitivity of these products, returns or exchanges are only accepted within one week, and solely for safety reasons (excluding sacrifices – Adhahi).
Instructions Upon Delivery:
Fresh products, especially meat, require precise storage and transportation conditions to ensure they remain in optimal condition.

We recommend that customers inspect the product upon delivery to ensure its quality and safety before completing the receiving process. -
Proper Storage:
Meat should be stored in suitable refrigeration conditions immediately upon receipt to preserve its quality.
Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:
In the case of monetary refunds, it may take up to seven (7) business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the bank and the payment gateway used.
While we strive to expedite the process, the timeline primarily depends on the third-party entities handling the transaction.
